Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Nomica Living. We strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We may also apply a 10-20% restocking fee for each item, depending on the supplier.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 working days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a refund as soon as possible.

Cancellations

Once an order has been processed and shipped by our suppliers, it cannot be cancelled. If you wish to cancel an order that has not yet been shipped, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Exceptions

Certain products may not be eligible for returns due to hygiene reasons, such as personal care items or items that are intimate in nature. Additionally, custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
